Apply to Be on the Day Contract Negotiating Team (aka the Bargaining Team)
The MCCC will soon begin the process of forming a team to negotiate a successor Day Collective Bargaining Agreement. The team negotiates with the employer over wages, hours, and conditions of employment. The current contract, although ratified last week, expires June 30, 2023. This is an opportunity for members to shape the working conditions affecting nearly 2000 Day Contract members for the next three years and beyond.
