Notice Regarding Agency Fees
A Supreme Court decision is expected shortly in the Janus case, in which an Illinois government employee has challenged the constitutionality of unions collecting agency fees. While a previous Supreme Court decision was clear that agency fee collections are lawful, we have been advised by competent legal counsel to exercise an abundance of caution in this matter.
