DCE Bargaining Updates
The DCE Negotiations Team reviewed Management's draft Tentative Agreement, making a language edit, and we crunched the financial numbers, correcting some of Management's numbers. Our edited version is back with Management for review and a signature. Once we have it signed, the BOD will review it to vote on a recommendation. DCE Tentative Agreement Reached 7.16.18 (pdf) The DCE Bargaining team has reached tentative agreement for a new contract, with raises of 6 percent and new rights and benefits including sick leave, tuition waiver, and more.
