The DCE Negotiations Team reviewed Management’s draft Tentative Agreement, making a language edit, and we crunched the financial numbers, correcting some of Management’s numbers. Our edited version is back with Management for review and a signature.
Once we have it signed, the BOD will review it to vote on a recommendation.
We are looking at a possible ratification vote during the third and fourth weeks of January.
MCCC statewide will host Zoom meetings presenting a review of the TA for members and an opportunity for members to ask questions.
Tentative dates right now are:
- Friday, Jan. 9 (4:30-6 p.m.)
- Tuesday, Jan. 13 (6:30-8 p.m.)
- Saturday, Jan 17 (10-11:30 a.m.)
These dates might change, depending on getting the TA signed and the Board of Directors’ review.
