Board of Directors

1. The Board of Directors shall be composed of the constitutional officers and one member elected for a term of one year from each chapter by the members of the chapter. 
   The term of office for members other than officers shall be one year beginning with the June Board meeting of the year in which members are elected.
2. An MCCC member on the MTA Board of Directors, MTA Executive Committee or NEA Board of Directors shall be an ex officio, non-voting member of the MCCC Board of Directors.
