Contact your chapter president NOW about possible MCCC financial support. (The conference costs $360 for 3 nights which includes single dorm room and 3 meals a day and all conference materials.)

The MCCC will pay the conference costs (housing, meals, registration) for two (2) MCCC members per chapter, determined by the Chapter President. Additional chapter registrations may be paid up to a total of 30 chapter registrations.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR MCCC MEMBERS SEEKING MCCC SUPPORT FOR THE WILLIAMSTOWN SUMMER LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE

The MCCC will pay full housing, meals, and registration for at least two (2) MCCC members per chapter. The MCCC does NOT pay travel expenses to and from Williamstown.

• ONLY CHAPTER PRESIDENTS (or designee) MAY AUTHORIZE MCCC reimbursement for a member to attend this conference.
  MEMBERS MUST WORK WITH THEIR CHAPTER PRESIDENT (or designee) TO ENSURE FUNDING BY THE MCCC.
  
  
• After confering with the chapter president, members seeking MCCC support should SUBMIT A COMPLETED Housing & Conference Registration FORM (from the flyer) directly to the MTA AND A COPY TO THE MCCC OFFICE as soon as possible. No payment need accompany this form. Individuals MUST be in contact with their chapter president about the submittal.
  
  
• As soon as possible, and in any case BY FRIDAY JUNE 6, Chapter Presidents should send the MCCC Office a list of attendees approved by the chapter for MCCC support, in priority order.
  The first two listed individuals' applications will be processed immediately upon receipt to facilitate workshop registrations, which are filled in a first come, first served order.
  
  
• On Friday, June 8 the Office will process all remaining applications up to the authorized total of 30 full registrations, or its equivalent.
  
  
• Applications will be accepted after Friday June 6, but must be accompanied by payment of the MTA late fee of $25 per day. These will be processed on the above-mentioned basis on a first come, first served basis up to the end of June and up to the limit of 30 full registrations.
  

Note: Any member is of course welcome to attend the conference without MCCC support. Simply register with the MTA!
